When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues[a] as the Spirit enabled them.

Acts 2: 1-4

June 8th is just around the corner and we would love for you to come and join us for our 2014 Pentecost Celebration. This exciting day will begin at 10:00 am and conclude with a 4:00 pm service.Our own Overseer C. Mark Avery begins the Celebration at 10:00 am! He is a dynamic teacher and preacher, and many have been blessed and inspired through his ministry. His desire is for the church to meet the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of the community.

At 1:00 pm, Pastor Alex Rivera and Family Life Community Church will join us to keep the Celebration in high gear. Pastor Rivera is the Lead Pastor & founder of Family Life Community Church. He was first called to ministry at the tender age of 17, and has since served the kingdom of God in a variety of ways. Pastor Rivera shares the privilege of serving Family Life Community Church with his beautiful wife Tammy, and their 3 sons AJ, Caleb & Jayce.

At 4:00 pm, Bishop Chris Winters & Master Builders Church (formerly Chosen Generation Worship Center) concludes our exciting Celebration. Bishop Winters, at age of 14, gave his life to Christ and fully committed to preaching the gospel to anyone who would listen. His passion to preach opened doors for him to travel as an evangelist all over the east coast while serving under the leadership of Bishop Joseph Scott. The ministry of Bishop Winters is simply this: To heal hurts and fill needs.
